Look toward the beach for a glimpse of the Pacific and its surf break; turn toward the mountains to watch sunrise through the windows; then look across to a grand old almendra tree where scarlet macaws—lapas—often land and feed. It is an elevated, private place to take in the coast from first light onward.

Community Beach Club pool access is included by magnetic access card. Hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
Penthouse access crosses the shared second-floor patio and continues up a separate exterior stairway.
